Office Management Assistant

Other duties may be assigned which are necessary for the smooth and continued operations of the company.

* Daily contact with customers requiring assistance to their needs.
* Update customer accounts as necessary.
* Send out Customer Notices as requested/needed per Management.
* Maintain and update Emergency After-Hour call sheets.
* Maintain record of all personnel that require access to customer spaces.
* Responsible for assisting management as needed in hiring of personnel.
* Maintain customer account files on a weekly or as needed basis.
* Coordinate updates for directory & suite identification and mailbox changes / assignments.
* Update, administer and adhere to the Administrative Handbook.
* Schedule meetings & calendar as needed.
* Handle any special projects from corporate or in-house as needed.
* Accounts payable processing and statement compilation.

Position Type: Full Time / Part Time
Position Reports To:Office Management
Location: Houston Metro
Job Requirements: Typing Skills, Positive Attitude, Customer Service Oriented.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
Must have the ability to work with others, the ability to follow direction from management, and the ability to follow workplace procedures.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to operate various office equipment including but not limited to
computer, fax machine, copier, 10-key adding machine, telephone with multiple lines, two-way radio.
